At the age of 5, Stu Rosenstein had no idea that he would become a well-known and respected health and wellness trainer, running a successful business that would span over 4 decades… and counting. Stu’s father, Harry, became one of the first Japanese Karate practitioners in the United States and started with a small Dojo (Karate school) in NJ---with some foresight into the future of the health and fitness world, they turned a “universal” machine into several successful gyms in the northeast. As one of the few “life-time”, drug free competitors in his field, Stu has made it his mission to help average people as well as serious fitness competitors, find success in their health and weight loss journeys, offering solutions that last beyond hitting their goals, without the use of artificial products that will only provide temporary results.
