One of the most utilized and effective forms of coaching is the One On One session. These sessions can be done in person, over the phone or on Skype. Whatever your preference, having One On One sessions is the fastest way to attain your goals because all of the time is we share is about YOU.
The initial session runs for 45 minutes so that we have the time to see if we are a fit for each other. Truth be told not every coach/client match is a good one and I want to make sure that we are able to work well together in order to get you the results you are looking for. After that, the sessions will run for 60 minutes.
The coach/client relationship is one that is based solely on trust and respect. At no time will any of our discussions be shared with anyone other than you, my client, unless it is pertinent to your growth and you give permission.
The timeline for One On One coaching is 100% up to the client. However, since creating lasting change takes time, clients should be prepared to sign up for at least 3 months to start and more sessions can be added as we see fit.
